Discount Travel Secret: A New Chapter!

Hi Reader,

I wanted to use this week’s email a little differently and share a quick update on what’s changing, what’s coming back, and how you can follow along.

When I first created Discount Travel Secrets, it started as a self-study course paired with a Facebook group so people could learn together, ask questions, and see real examples.

Over time, that course evolved into what many of you know now as the Discount Travel Secrets Insider Series - a free, self-paced email series with supplemental YouTube videos and resources.

That format works really well… but something’s been missing.

So starting Monday, I’m officially revamping the Discount Travel Secrets Facebook Group and using it the way it was originally intended: as a place to learn together.

Here’s how it’s going to work.

Instead of moving through the Insider Series day by day on your own, I’ll be taking the day-by-day content and rolling it out week by week inside the Facebook group.

Each Monday, I’ll post one core lesson from the series.

For example:

• Week 1: Day 1 of the Insider Series (an intro plus your first travel-saving strategy)

• Week 2: Day 2 of the Insider Series (Transportation)

• Week 3: Day 3 of the Insider Series (Lodging/Accommodations)

• Week 4: Day 4 of the Insider Series (Attractions/Entertainment)

Throughout the rest of each week, I’ll be sharing:

• Extra context and real-life examples

• How I personally use these strategies

• Supplemental tips and reminders

• Opportunities for discussion and collaboration

This way, you don’t just watch a video and move on.

You get time to actually apply each idea before stacking the next one on top.

A couple important things to know:

You do not have to be signed up for the Insider Series to participate in the Facebook group.

Everything needed to follow along will be shared there.

However, if you want the full series delivered to your inbox and access to the workbooks and resources referenced in the videos, you’ll still want to sign up for the free Discount Travel Secrets Insider Series.

The course platform you may see mentioned in the videos is no longer used, but all materials are still included through the email series.

Over the course of February, we’ll work through Days 1-4 of Discount Travel Secrets together inside the group, and from there, we’ll keep building over the course of the next 3-4 months until we've finished all the lessons in the series.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed trying to “learn all the travel hacks at once,” this slower, more intentional approach is for you.
